Your order is eligible for cancellation at any point after purchase and during the validity of the purchase period. The refund would be made pro-rata on the standard number of classes (not-withstanding the special classes and offers), basis which the number of cases attended would be calculated and charged, and the remaining amount would be refunded. We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. All of DHII’s learning packages come with a trial period of 7 days, prior to joining. If you are still not satisfied with the package that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. You are eligible for a full reimbursement if you put in a refund request within 7 working days of your purchase. After the specified period, you will be eligible for a pro-rate refund as stated above. Your request needs to be duly made through an email to [email protected] or through a telephonic conversation on the designated contact numbers.
Your cancellation will be made IMMEDIATELY and with NO QUESTIONS ASKED, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's/Bankers’ policies.
